In Fort Lauderdale, we redesigned a waterfront house into a contemporary haven that embodies our client's vibrant personality and notable achievements as an independent business consultant, entrepreneur, and founder of several innovative companies. This design embraced the expansive view, creating a chic and sophisticated space with high-quality bespoke elements through-out 2 floors. The integration of a 120-inch projector screen and stylish art pieces added an edge to the modern Miami aesthetic, enhancing both the functionality and visual appeal of the home. From intricately designed bespoke rugs and three custom couches to two distinctive feature walls, including sleek aluminum shelving for showcasing the client’s travel mementos, every detail was meticulously curated to reflect the client's personality and lifestyle. The result is an elevated bachelor pad that merges luxury with cutting-edge design, perfectly complementing the stunning surroundings.

The interior design revolves around the client's favorite colors, blue and gray, creating a cohesive and stylish atmosphere. This palette is carried through every room, from the living spaces to the bedrooms, blending modern aesthetics with a cool, masculine vibe.

A standout feature in the primary bedroom is a 120-inch projector screen that descends from the ceiling, offering a cinematic experience at home. This feature highlights the modern, high-tech atmosphere the client desired with the capability to be housed away to not interrupt the incredible views of the coastline.

The design was inspired by the stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and aimed to create a modern Miami aesthetic with a distinct edge. This vision was executed through the use of sleek lines, bold art pieces, and contemporary finishes that complement the waterfront location.

The home is highlighted by striking 3D art pieces, including over 100 custom-designed 3D art cubes in five bespoke shades of blue, as well as textured hanging wall-textiles. Metal feature wall shelves elegantly display the client’s eclectic art collection and travel finds. These elements add distinct personality and depth to the space, making it uniquely his own.

The covered patio area features the world’s softest navy blue outdoor rug, with stylish furniture including a sofa, accent chair, marble coffee table, organic side tables, and poufs. A cozy fire pit adds warmth, while the adjacent deck offers eight sun beds, each with its own organic-shaped side table and umbrella, all set directly on the water. A high-gloss, dog shaped, black bench gives homage to our clients pet and adds a modern touch to this outdoor living. Every detail harmonizes with the waterfront setting, enhancing the luxurious ambiance.
