  • A 30-45 minute complimentary call that allows our team to discover your project at a high level. The goal of this call is to understand the deign details, timelines & investment funds you have reserved for this space.

  • GENESI Design Studio is a full scale Interior Design firm offering residential, commercial and hospitality design, as well as Interior Styling.

  • GENESI’s headquarters reside in Miami, Florida. GENESI is currently operating across the United States & is available internationally.

  • Virtual Meet & Greet: A 45- 60 minute virtual presentation GENESI provides to all prospective clients. The presentation is designed to educate new clients on our design process upon engaging our firm as well as to explore your space more in depth. Prior to our meet, GENESI will request some information relating to your space to review. This is an interactive call built for you and our team to engage & explore. The goal of this call is to ensure that both parties have all the necessary information needed to embark on our interior design experience.

    Initial Visit: A 1-2 hour on-site visit to tour your space. GENESI obtains photos, measurements and floor plans to accurately prepare an overall range in price for your project in it’s entirety. Our team will take a deep dive into desired aesthetics, materials, colors and concepts by creating a mood board with you.

    Virtual site visits are available.

    Schedule your discovery call to learn more about this process. Prices for initial visits are determined after the Virtual Meet & Greet, and will be sent to you prior to booking your Initial Visit date.

    The Quoting Phase: Post consult, GENESI goes to work! Preparing a “Room Report” complete with preliminary and proposed design details as well as a range in pricing for your ENTIRE project. This means, design fee, construction fees and finished goods. The quoting phase can be expected between 1 - 3 weeks.

    Proposal Review: GENESI will schedule a virtual meeting to share with you the proposal & review.

    Contracts & Signing Fees: GENESI prepares contracts and signing fees per your review.

    Conceptual Design: The first phase in design is the conceptual design. Conceptual design timeframes vary upon project, however are no less than 2 weeks.

    Design Delivery: A detailed design is delivered, following approval of conceptual design. From here, the magic in your transformation begins!
