In a return to a beloved client, the Brooklyn project epitomized high-end sophistication with a personal touch. We created a luxurious bedroom retreat adorned with custom elements, including smoked mirrors and a quartzite fireplace integrated into a seating bench. The design elegantly balanced modern comforts with traditional warmth, highlighted by a captivating wallpaper ceiling and bespoke furnishings. The space was meticulously designed to evoke serenity and opulence, reflecting the client’s refined taste and religious values. The primary bedroom features two separate beds to accommodate their specific needs and practices, ensuring both comfort and adherence to their traditions. The meticulous attention to detail and innovative use of materials transformed the bedroom into a sublime haven, perfectly suited to the client's lifestyle and preferences.

Two striking, upholstered headboards extend from floor to ceiling, providing a focal point for the room. The design is complemented by custom smoked mirrors, fluted wall details, quartzite and hints of bronze, creating a sense of height and luxury.

A sophisticated water vapor fireplace was integrated into a bench that offers both seating and storage. This feature adds warmth and functionality, allowing the wife to enjoy her reading in a cozy yet stylish setting.

The room's ambiance is elevated with carefully integrated cove lighting and a new ceiling plan featuring pot lights. Marble pendants, harmonizing with the quartzite stone fireplace faux hood, add a touch of sophistication. The ceiling is adorned with specially chosen wallpaper, as are the walls, introducing an unexpected layer of elegance. Additionally, integrated reading lights built into the smoked mirror enhance the functionality and design of the separate beds, providing both style and practicality.

An unused linen closet was transformed into a decorative niche featuring the same quartzite and custom mirrors used in the bedroom, along with a stunning wallpaper from Italy. This niche adds a luxurious touch, seamlessly blending with the room’s overall design.

The room features warm, inviting tones throughout, with a bespoke, two-toned rug to match the rooms unique shape, and bedding that contributes to the space’s elegant and mature feel. Every textile, including fabrics for both beds and bench cushions, were selected to complement the luxurious yet traditional design aesthetic. To complete the room, beautiful drapery frames the windows, adding a perfect finishing touch.
