Preserving the home's historic charm, we meticulously restored the winding stairs and original flooring while integrating modern updates. We retained the existing kitchen, giving it a fresh look with new countertops, a stylish backsplash, and updated appliances. Paying homage to a blend of old and new, we introduced elegant shelving where existing cabinets could not be salvaged. This seamless blend of historical and contemporary elements honors the home's heritage while infusing it with a refreshed, modern style.

The design's foundation was a captivating teal blue bathroom floor that sparked a theme of vibrant color throughout the home. This hue seamlessly extended to nightstands, headboards, and accent pillows, creating a visually cohesive and inviting environment.

Drawing inspiration from the wrought iron staircase, we incorporated wrought iron details and industrial-style furniture into lighting and furniture details, building a cohesiveness of the space. This aesthetic, combined with modern, low-profile furnishings, achieved a sophisticated yet warm urban loft feel.

We introduced bold, captivating features with a standout feature wall on the main floor and a striking blend of black and blue tiles in the bathroom. This eye-catching feature wall and dazzling tile combination not only add vibrant pops of color but also create a cohesive, dynamic look that resonates throughout the entire space.
