The renovation features luxurious travertine on the feature wall and large-scale porcelain tiles throughout the condo, creating a sophisticated and cohesive look. The kitchen boasts elegant quartzite surfaces, complemented by custom quartzite dining tables, desks, and consoles. High-gloss white finishes with glass- floor to ceiling panelled walls enhance the modern aesthetic.

The sunroom, reimagined as a chic office, features a custom quartzite desk and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. For dining, we crafted a bespoke quartzite table with custom upholstered banquette, echoing the stone of the coffee table and the fabric of the ottomans in the living area. Every fabric choice enhances both functionality and elegance. A standout detail is the bespoke primary bed, designed with two custom-sized mattresses and stunning built-ins, thoughtfully reflecting our clients' religious beliefs and lifestyle.

The condo features a carefully curated lighting design, incorporating cove ceiling lights throughout the space, built-in LED accents on feature walls, under shelves, and on cabinet fronts. Combined with sleek flush-mounted fixtures and gold-embossed recessed lights, these elements create a warm, inviting atmosphere that aligns with the client's desire for a well-lit environment.

Upgraded ‘hidden’, minimalistic outlets through-out maintain a clean, seamless look, reducing visual clutter and preserving the sleek, modern aesthetic of the condo.
