In Aventura, a thoughtful facelift transformed this home by marrying prefabricated solutions with bespoke touches - A perfect solution for empty nesters looking for cohesive comfort & easy transition from NYC to their new home. The entryway and dining areas were reimagined to evoke a sense of welcoming openness, breathing new life into the space. With custom wall panels, a gorgeous backlit mirror at first-sight in the entryway, and a dining table tailored to the client’s vision, the home now radiates character and warmth. This project embraced inventive, economically-conscious design strategies, resulting in a stylish environment that harmoniously integrates with existing furnishings. The outcome is a refined yet approachable space, capturing both practicality and personal flair.
